Sean Casey Patterson-Schwartz Real
Estate Newark DE REALTOR®
Sean Casey has been a resident of Newark for most of his life. He attended West Park elementary for a short time before transferring to Holy Angels School. He graduated from Saint Mark's High School and attended the University of Delaware.
Like most children, Sean was very active and could be seen playing at some of the great parks that the Newark area has to offer. As a teenager, he delivered the paper to many local residents for several years.
After leaving the University of Delaware, Sean worked in a local restaurant for almost 10 years before starting his real estate career with Weichert in the late 1980's. He later worked in another restaurant for almost 20 years before beginning his full-time real estate career in 2009 with Patterson-Schwartz.
While the University of Delaware is part of Newark Delaware, Newark DE has more to offer. There are some great places to live both in the City of Newark and in the Greater Newark area.
Newark consists of primarily 3 zip codes; 19711, 19713 and 19702. The 19711 zip code covers most of the city of Newark and extends into the Pike Creek Valley. The 19713 zip code covers areas from Academy Hill up to the Christiana Hospital. The 19702 area code covers from Glasgow up to the Christiana Mall area.
Newark offers homes in all price ranges from under $100,000 in some areas to over $1,000,0000.
"The Most Professional and Helpful Agent"
This was only my third home purchase, but Sean Casey was by far the most professional and helpful agent which I have ever worked. I will recommend him to anyone in Newark looking to buy or sell.
"Always Had Our Best Interest in Mind"
Sean worked really hard to help us find our new home. He always had our best interest in mind and was very responsive and knowledgable. We would definitely recommend Sean to anyone needing real estate assistance!
"Five days after he put it on the market, I had two offers."
I chose Sean Casey because he lived near my neighborhood. He was polite, well-spoken, honest and made no promises. He simply described the market and his past experience.
He visited my house eight months before the planned sale and gave me excellent advice on what needed to be changed and how the sale would be affected by specific changes and he was right. Three months before the sale he came to discuss price and he was right. Five days after he put it on the market, I had two offers. He could not have done more nor been more polite. I have recommended him many times.
