Brew HaHa! Newark serves delicious hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, soups and pastries. We frequent the location on Main Street, but have been in several of the locations. With 9 locations in Delaware, it’s pretty easy to find a Brew HaHa! near you.
The first Brew HaHa! opened in Greenville in 1993 and was inspired by the owners trip to Italy. One of Northern Delaware’s favorite coffee houses, Brew HaHa! also features some delicious sandwiches, soups and pastries. I haven’t tried the salads yet, but I have had a couple of great sandwiches and several pastries and cookies. The menu ranges from roast beef and provolone to hummus, cucumbers and red peppers. They also have a catering menu if you’re interested in food or beverages for a larger group.
One of the great things about the Newark location, is being able to enjoy your coffee outside on the large upstairs patio. Unfortunately, it overlooks the parking lot but does give a great view of a lot of the University of Delaware’s buildings.
Winner of Best of Delaware 18 years in a row, Brew HaHa! features lots of coffee drinks, but also has tea, Hot Chocolate and Cold Beverages. I really enjoy the cappuccino, but my wife says they are the best for lattes. Whichever drinks you choose, you can count on an expert to make them.
