We went to Friendly’s for Ice Cream. Friendly’s has a full menu as well as ice cream, and their food is simple but good. However, last night we just wanted some ice cream.
We go to several different places for ice cream, but those will be another post! Friendly’s has great ice cream sundaes that remind us of the ice cream from our past. Here is their ice cream menu.
Jess got a reese’s cup sundae and I had the Jim Dandy, which is a lot like a super banana split. I should also note that several months ago, Friendly’s graciously hosted a fundraiser for an agent in the office to help pay for hospital bills.
I think it is great when a business is involved in the community and willing to help. Friendly’s has been in the ice cream business since 1935 when they sold double dip cones for a nickle and their original name was Friendly Ice Cream. Here is Friendly’s menu.
Friendly’s is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner but make sure you leave room for dessert!
