A few weeks ago, I spoke with someone who really likes older homes. I thought there might be some other people who would find it interesting. One of the great things about Delaware is you can find historic homes almost anywhere. Of course, New Castle, Wilmington and Delaware City are known for having older homes. You can find older homes for sale in Newark, Hockessin, and Middletown too.
