In May, the number of new listings was lower than the previous year for the third straight month. For the year, listings are down over 20%, making finding a home much more difficult for buyers in Greenville Delaware. Don’t expect more supply on the market anytime soon, as this trend continues throughout the country.
If you are looking to buy a home in Greenville Delaware, you can still find a deal but having a good real estate agent who understands the market is a must. Don’t wait on the sidelines too long though, as listings that are priced right are moving very quickly. Home prices can be impacted by rising interest rates and other outside forces.
