If you are looking to buy a home in Hockessin Delaware, you can find a deal but it’s never been more important to have a great real estate agent. Don’t wait on the sidelines too long though, as listings priced right are moving very quickly. Home prices are affected by rising interest rates and other outside forces.
As you can see, listings are selling almost 35% slower than last year. Even though listings aren’t selling quickly, they are selling for close to list price at 95% of list price. Deals are still available especially if you have an agent that does a thorough market analysis of the home you are interested in purchasing.
