According to the National Association of REALTORS®, Nationally December Sales were down 3.6% from November but up 1.1% from last year. The Median Sales price was up 5.8% to $246,800. Active Listings were down 10.3%. Average Days on Market was 40 Days. 34% of sales were to first-time buyers. The 30-Year fixed mortgage rate was 4.8% nationally.
