Spring Hill

Spring Hill  Newark Delaware is a very small community just off West Chestnut Hill Road and backs to Rittenhouse Park.  The neighborhood is very small and doesn't have much activity.  As of this writing, the last home sold in 2013.

Spring Hill is close to shopping and recreation. It is also very close to Newark Charter School.
