Brookside Newark DE

Brookside Newark Delaware is a large community just off South Chapel Rd and Marrows Rd. The Brookside subdivision is close to shopping and recreation. It is also only a short drive from the Newark Senior Center.  It is also very close to Newark Charter School.

Brookside is close to shopping with Pencader Plaza, Chestnut Hill Plaza and Christiana Mall all just a short distance away.  

Most of the homes in Brookside were built in the 1950's and 1960's.  There are some split level homes and 2 story colonials but most of the homes are ranch style homes.  Brookside has a community civic association.
