Christianstead Newark Delaware is a very small community just off Nottingham Road. Close to Hidden Valley Park, Christianstead is a beautiful neighborhood backing to the Christina Creek.
The Christianstead community is close to shopping and recreation. It is in Newark District 1, currently represented by Mark Moorehead.
Christianstead is a very distinctive community with beautiful homes built in the late 1990's by Gemcraft homes.

It has pretty large lots and feels almost rural, even with Newark being so close. One of the great things about Christianstead is that it is also very close to White Clay Creek Park.
