Nottingham Green Newark Delaware

Nottingham Green Newark Delaware is a beautiful community just off Casho Mill Road and Nottingham Road.  It is also very close to White Clay Creek State Park. For ease of use, I have included Nottingham Manor as well.

The neighborhood is close to shopping and recreation. It is also only a short drive from the Newark Senior Center.  It is in Newark District 1.

Nottingham Green is in City of Newark District 5.  It is also very close to Newark Charter School.

There is a great park nearby located off of Barksdale Road, which used to be called Barksdale Park but is now known as Norma B. Handloff Park. It also has a swim club located just off of Lafayette and Radcliffe.

It is a large subdivision featuring many different types of homes.  From the traditional colonial home to more contemporary homes you can find it here.

Within walking distance of both Main Street and the University of Delaware, it was primarily built in the 1960’s.  It is also right across from the Newark Country Club.

Nottingham Green has a Pool and a swim club.  The Nottingham team is known as the Gators.   While it is beneficial to live near the pool, it is not required that you live in Nottingham or Nottingham Green to become a member.
