Free Market Analysis

This is a copy of one of my direct mail postcards mailed in Newark Delaware offering a Free Market Analysis or CMA.  I am opening this offer up to any visitors to my website.  There are a low amount of single family homes available in New Castle County.  In fact, we are over 25% down in listing inventory against last year.

There is definitely a trend of more buyers in the market, as buyers are beginning to realize the incredible opportunity they have now whether they are moving up to a new home or buying their first home.

What is a CMA(Comparative Market Analysis)

A CMA or Market Analysis is what a real estate agent does to help the seller find the value of their home.  Often it is very simple and limited in scope or it  can involve more exhaustive in research.  I will do an intensive report, because I want to give the seller the best report possible with in depth market analysis.

Most Market Analysis will consist of comparable sales in the area including active(homes currently for sale), pending(currently under contract), and recently sold.  I also include maps of the homes, details and photos of each of the homes and graphs.

In addition, I include a comprehensive marketing plan and tips for netting the most money for your home in the shortest sale time possible.
