Yorkshire Woods is a great neighborhood just off of South College Avenue and very near the University of Delaware.  

Yorkshire Woods is a community of 140 homes built primarily in the early 1960's.  The homes are in the City of Newark.  Most of the homes are 3 or 4 bedrooms.  

Newark Delaware offers a great deal to residents including trash and recycling, yard waste and leaf removal.  

Closeby shopping includes a major regional shopping mall, the Christiana Mall.  It is also close to one of the major hospitals in Delaware Christiana Care hospital.

Yorkshire Woods is in the Christina School District

Nearby restaurants include Mad-Macs, Mario's Pizza, Malin's Market, and Two Stones Pub.
